Real estate price explosion in the 8th arrondissement

 An exclusive area, real estate is sought-after by all types of people, Parisian families seek calm from Saint Philippe du Roule, while international clients will rather prefer the golden triangle.
The demand for housing in the area is very strong and far exceeds the supply.

This explains the dramatic rise in real estate prices. In May 2019, the average price per square meter in the 8th arrondissement reached more than € 12,463, which is 11.6% more than in 2018, the biggest evolution in several years. We see at the beginning of 2020 that the price keeps rising and is close to € 12,600 for SQM.

Sales are carried out very quickly, often it only takes a few weeks, especially for atypical properties.
